Questions students ask

Is Vocory free?

Yes, to start. Your first 3 lectures come with everything: lessons, flashcards and practice tests, with no account and no card. Vocory Pro unlocks unlimited lectures, mock exams and audio recaps, with a free trial. The App Store shows you the price in your country before you pay anything.

Does it work for my class or exam?

If you have material for it, yes: university finals and midterms, school exams, A-levels, AP and IB, the SAT, IELTS, the ЕНТ in Kazakhstan and professional licences. Add what you study from and Vocory builds the lessons and tests from it.

What can I add?

PDF, PowerPoint and Word files, photos of textbook pages or handwritten notes, YouTube and web links, Quizlet sets, last year's exam, or a recording of the lecture.

Which languages does it understand?

70+ languages, including lectures that mix two. The app itself is available in 16 languages.

How accurate are the lessons and questions?

Everything is written from your material, and each point links back to where it came from, so you can check. AI can make mistakes; you can report anything that looks wrong from the lesson or question.

Am I allowed to record my lectures?

It depends on your school. Many allow recording for personal study, some need the lecturer's permission. Check your school's policy first.

Is it on Mac, iPad and Android?

Vocory is on iPhone, iPad and Mac (macOS 14 or later), from the App Store. An Android version is in the works.

How do I cancel Vocory Pro?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Vocory. Cancelling keeps Pro until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my data?

In the app, open Me → Settings → Privacy & delete my data. You can also ask us at [email protected]; see Delete account.
